You have a property that’s run down, tired and in need of a cosmetic lift. We come in and finance the scope of works and take care of the process from start to settlement. You still own the property, but we take care of the rest with you included at every step of the way.

When the property sells for a premium price, we split the profits from the uplift we have manufactured meaning you as the seller gets a hefty payout, and we can also act as the Selling Agent saving money on selling commissions. 

All works are conducted under a legal agreement and under licenses professionals providing protection for us and you as the Seller.
